• The Judge, who has a clear “conflict of interest,” illegally imprisoned him for life using an illegal “second,” mock, rigged trial--with the Judge’s bribed defense attorney and rigged Jury, and with the Judge’s orders that NO defense was allowed--held in violation of “Double Jeopardy.” (“Double Jeopardy” was established when their made-up story and false testimony was “completely” impeached and dismissed as “untrue” at the Adjudication Trial--when Robert Peernock was allowed his Constitutional Right to represent himself)

• They repeatedly duck taped, shackled, and beat him unconscious during the “second,” illegal, rigged Trial to prevent any defense.
  
  
• The Judge forced on him the Judge’s “bribed” defense attorney--in violation of all Constitutional Rights--to block all defense.
  
  
• They murdered his wife, beat his oldest daughter, and after she accused the Judge’s two accomplices for the murder, they operated on her head to destroy her mind and make her susceptible to their brainwashing and terror, so they could force her to repeat their false story to cover-up their murder, and so they could frame Robert in retaliation for “blowing the whistle” on their racketeering scams to steal taxpayers' money.
  
  
• They kidnapped his youngest daughter and “illegally” placed her with the Judge’s murder accomplice, so they could use her name to collect on the many life insurance policies they were keeping on Robert’s wife.
  
  
• Robert Peernock was “NOT” at the car crash and then murder scene--by the Judge’s courthouse--at any time, as he was “24 miles away.”
  
  
• ALL the sabotage to the car was performed “long after” his wife’s car crashed into the pole, “after” being cut-off by the Judge’s accomplices, so they could use their made-up story to frame Robert.
